  1. Advising and Counseling: We advise employers and employees in all areas of day-to-day on issues of labor relations, the interpretation and application of employment policies and labor law.
  2. Employment Litigation:Our lawyers have extensive experience in employment litigation; which enhances our ability to get the best result. We represent employers and employees of private and public sectors in the procedures and representation hearings.
  3. Employment Management Relations: We represent both private and public sectors employers in unfair labor practice proceedings and representation hearings.
  4. Employment management of mergers and acquisitions: We advise numerous Burundian and foreign companies, from the creation through to growth stages including company structural changes (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, outsourcing) and internal reorganizations, workforce reductions, etc.
  5. Restructuring and redundancy: The Employment department has recognized expertise in preparing and managing redundancy schemes (skills management, redundancies on economic grounds, employment preservation plans, voluntary departures, managing collective disputes, etc.).
  6.
