Claver Nigarura is the Managing Partner at Rubeya & Co-Advocates. Claver joined the firm in 2005 and advises on corporate, M&A, intellectual property, NTIC, human resource and employment law. He provides clients with legal advice based on theoretical knowledge and the opinion of the courts.

Claver has experience in litigation in front of all the courts in Burundi. He has in depth knowledge of the new technology and communication law, especially internet law.
