Yves Ntamashimikiro is a partner at Rubeya & Co-Advocates. Yves joined the firm in January 2010 and advises foreign companies on establishing and investing in Burundi. He also advises on dispute resolution and litigation, business, contract, tax and employment law.

Yves has more than ten years' experience in consulting and advising on employment law disputes. He works alongside clients advising them in the management of their strategic operations, reorganisations, acquisitions, restructuring and layoffs.

  • Conducting the collective dismissal process for an NGO with a workforce of 200 employees.
  • Management of the re-organisation of human resources in the context of post-acquisition restructuring for a large hotel in Bujumbura.
  • Advising on the acquisition of a hotel in Bujumbura.
  • Conducting the dissolution and liquidation of a coffee trading company.
  • Advising on the legal and statutory validity of a capital increase planned by an international shipping company.
